Administrator

Lindsay Broadbent, LNHA

Lindsay Broadbent has been the Administrator at Alden Estates of Skokie since July 2010. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and interacting with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction at the short-term orthopedic rehabilitation center, which is undergoing a total top-to-bottom renovation. Lindsay began her career in rehabilitation care as Dietary Director at Alden Des Plaines Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Des Plaines where she was responsible for directing overall operation of the dietary department and has worked in various positions throughout the organization, serving most recently as Assistant Administrator at Alden Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Chicago. She has a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan and completed a Dietetic Internship Program through Loyola University of Chicago. Lindsay has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2009 and a certified dietary manager/sanitarian since 2006.

Director of Nursing

Richelle P. Hofilena, BSN, RN, MBA

Richelle Hofilena has been the Director of Nursing at Alden Estates of Skokie since May 2011. She is responsible for managing day-to-day nursing operations at the short-term orthopedic recovery center. Richelle began her career with Alden as a staff nurse at Alden Des Plaines Rehabilitation and Health Care Center and was promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing in May 2007 at Alden Estates of Evanston. Five months later she was promoted to Director of Nursing. Richelle has her bachelor's degree in nursing as well as an MBA from the University of St. LaSalle in the Philippines. She also has a master's degree in Nursing from West Negros University in the Philippines.
